TRAINING

The Mind Clear™ Performance Program

The Mind Clear™ Performance Program is a 6 week, in person, experiential training program that  creates positive and lasting behavioural change from the inside out.

Building on a foundation of cultivating mental wellbeing, emotional intelligence and physiological control, delegates are more able to implement sustainable habits for peak productivity, focus, effective communication and collaboration.  The integration of these easy to implement skills and tools helps to reduce work related stress and build a workplace culture of high engagement and improved performance.

Program summary:

Workshop 1: Mental Resilience, Mindfulness & Self-Awareness
  • Clarify the main challenges we face in modern day life and how these are impacting our mental health.
  • Understand what resilience is and how it can be cultivated.
  • Learn how to practice perceptual flexibility.
  • The science and benefits of practicing metacognition.
  • Mindfulness tools for defusing from unhelpful thoughts.
  • Exercises to build emotional intelligence and emotional vocabulary.
  • Learn how to cultivate courage and push beyond ‘comfort zones’.
Workshop 2: Emotional Intelligence, Physiological Mastery & Self-Management
  • Gain understanding of autonomic nervous system and how to shift from stressed states to relaxed states at will.
  • Understand the basics of quantum mechanics and how to elevate energy levels.
  • Practical tips and practices for sustaining physical health and vitality.
  • Gain understanding of how breathing impacts our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

Workshop 3: Positive Psychology, Values & Purposeful Engagement
  • Understand how beliefs limit our world view and how they can be evolved and expanded.

  • How to cultivate more meaningful engagement in everyday tasks.

Workshop 4: Systems & Processes for Sustainable Peak Productivity

  • Understand the 80/20 rule and differentiate between being busy and being effective.
  • Create distinction between process and outcomes.
  • How to set conditions to remove distractions and enable deep work.
  • Learn how to induce a flowstate and focus at will.

Workshop 5: Communication & Collaboration for a High Performance Culture
  • Understand how effective communication and collaboration are crucial for achieving personal and organisational goals.
  • Build awareness of how we choose to perceive and respond to others.
  • Learn ways in which to structure communication for mutual understanding and constructive outcomes.
  • Build awareness of how our own emotions influence our communication and learn to pick up on the emotions of others when communicating.
  • Learn advanced questioning techniques to reduce ambiguity and misunderstanding.
  • Learn the attitudes and habits that each individual can contribute in order to maximise engagement and trust.
Workshop 6: Goal Setting & Habit Implementation for lasting Behaviour Change
  • Learn process for setting goals and understand the relationship between goals and habits.

  • Understand the science of habits and the reasons we do what we do.

  • Use a habit change framework to introduce new habits that will improve your wellbeing.

  • Make new habits incredibly simple and easy to start and commit to long term without needing to use willpower.

  • Learn how ‘positive’ emotions and beliefs can be anchored to new behaviours.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

Chris Baker is a qualified coach, NLP practitioner, hypnotherapist, meditation & mindfulness teacher.

Prior to his career in coaching and training, Chris' background was in corporate sales and executive search, where he successfully launched and built several businesses over 15 Years of industry experience.

Chris understands from first hand experience the pressures and challenges of modern day life and everything he teaches has been tried and tested in his own life.

He knows what works and conveys this in his training in a relatable, engaging and authentic way.
